National Golf Products will warranty the rubber portions of The Golf Mat for 4 years from date of purchase. National Golf Products will replace the hitting surface during the first year from the date of purchase if the surface 1.) arrives in a condition not suitable for use, or 2.) shows wear in excess of the usual wear pattern for the product. This warranty is in effect only if the product is used in accordance with proper and reasonable industry practice. National Golf Products will not be responsible for shipping of the product back to the Company, but will absorb the shipping cost of the replacement product when sent to the customer. The warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the product under warranty. In no event is National Golf Products liable for any losses of any kind in excess of the replacement or repair of the product under warranty. Any and all warranties hereunder shall be void and not applicable when the product under warranty is damaged or rendered unserviceable by misuse or abuse, negligence, theft, vandalism, fire, water or other peril or the Equipment is used for purposes other than which the Equipment was designed.
National Golf Products will warranty The Golf Mat for residential users for a period of five years from the date of purchase. Residential users must provide evidence of purchase. National Golf Product will not be responsible for return shipping to the Company, but will absorb outbound shipping back to the retail consumer who returned The Golf Mat. The Residential Warranty is voided should the product be used in any commercial application or in any multi-family application. The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product under warranty. In no event is National Golf Products liable for any losses of any kind in excess of the replacement or repair of the product covered under warranty. Any and all warranties hereunder shall be void and not applicable when the Equipment is damaged or rendered unserviceable by misuse or abuse, negligence, theft, vandalism, fire, water or other peril or the Equipment is used for purposes other than which the Equipment was designed.
